Data Required for Orders/Services

When a User places an order or uses services that require additional data (e.g., billing address, NIP for invoice issuance, shipping address), the Administrator will process this data only to the extent necessary to provide the service/order.

  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations, e.g., issuing an invoice).

  • Processed data: IP address, data on activity in the Service, cookies stored on the User’s end device.
