This solution ensures optimal working conditions during surface cleaning processes, preparation of elements for painting, and removal of scale, rust, and old protective coatings.<\/p>\n<p>The KASO system effectively limits the spread of dust and contaminants outside the working zone, while simultaneously enabling automatic collection, transport, regeneration, and reuse of abrasive in the technological process. Thanks to this, the system creates a closed loop of abrasive material, which significantly increases work efficiency and reduces operating losses.<\/p>\n<p>An advanced filtration and ventilation system is responsible for the rapid removal of dusty air from the inside of the cabin and its effective filtration. The task of the system is to automatically collect used abrasive material, process dust, and other contaminants generated during operation, and then transport them to the bucket elevator.<\/p>\n<p>The design of the system is based on several longitudinal modules and one transverse module covered with an industrial grating floor. Each project is executed individually for a specific workstation, which allows maximum utilization of the floor area and ensures effective collection of abrasive from the entire work zone.<\/p>\n<p>Individual modules are equipped with steel guide rails and special working trolleys with scrapers. The task of the device is to separate dust, slag, and other contaminants from the fully valuable abrasive, which enables its further use in the technological cycle.<\/p>\n<p>The SVT system is intended for operation in industrial surface cleaning installations and cooperates with the abrasive regeneration system. The system forms an integral part of the KASO installation and ensures the maintenance of appropriate working conditions inside the technological station.<\/p>\n<p>The filtration system is designed to clean the air from fine solid particles and industrial aerosols generated during the shot blasting process. The dust emission at the outlet of the installation does not exceed the level of 8 mg\/m\u00b3 of gas, which reduces contamination of the working environment.<\/p>\n<p>The aspiration process consists in the flow of contaminated air through high-efficiency filter cartridges that retain technological dust and other harmful airborne particles. The change in the direction of air movement causes larger and heavier dust particles to fall directly into the hopper, thereby reducing the load on the filter elements.<\/p>\n<p>Next, the air is distributed evenly between the filter cartridges. Contaminants settle on the outer surface of the filters, while the cleaned air is directed to the clean air chamber and discharged outside through the outlet channel.<\/p>\n<p>The applied filtration system allows to effectively reduce the amount of industrial dust in the working zone and ensures stable and safe operation of the entire technological installation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The filter elements are regenerated by means of compressed air pulses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Compressed air from the receiver (tank) passes through solenoid valves into the pneumatic lines located above the open ends of the filter cartridges.
