Mobile Paint Booth MKF – A Solution for Large Workpieces
The MKF mobile paint booth is a solution for large workpieces that saves valuable workspace. MKF creates an
ideal microclimate for safe, fast, and effective coating application. The booth features a folding structure
that can be assembled in just 3 minutes.
Ergonomic layout of the paint station workspace
Sprayed paint and residues generated during coating application are filtered thanks to a uniform flow of clean
air. We use our own ventilation system solutions. Even airflow around the workpiece speeds up and improves the
drying of the painted product.
What Safety Standards Does the MKF Paint Booth Meet?
The MKF paint booth meets international safety standards and national occupational health and safety
regulations. The structure is made of non-combustible materials, and the fans are explosion-proof. The system
automatically shuts off the compressed air supply to spray guns in case of ventilation failure.
- The paint complex (mobile paint booth) is made of non-combustible materials;
- Fans and main ventilation system components are explosion-proof;
- The booth features an automatic interlock system that prevents compressed air supply to spray guns if ventilation stops;
- Optionally, the booth can be equipped with a system for automatic detection and removal of hazardous paint vapor concentrations.
