The KFC container paint booth is a ready-to-use complex for applying paint coatings to workpieces under industrial conditions, without the need to build a dedicated paint shop. The key feature of the series is its container design: the equipment is assembled inside a 40-foot sea container and delivered fully factory-ready.

The container is divided by a sandwich-panel partition into two zones. The larger part is the working chamber, measuring 10,000 × 1,800 × 2,200 mm: the walls and ceiling are insulated with non-combustible mineral wool and clad with metal sheeting, and loading is performed end-on through the container’s standard doors. The rear section houses the technical compartment with the thermo-ventilation unit, burner, flue and control panel.
The KFC container paint booth lets you launch a full industrial paint shop without a foundation, construction work or a separate ventilation plant room — all you need is a level site and a connection to the power cable and fuel line.
Fresh air is drawn from the atmosphere through a grille in the technical compartment wall, cleaned, heated in an indirect-fired heat exchanger, and supplied to the working chamber through a ceiling filtration structure running the full length of the booth. The airflow passes through the working chamber, capturing overspray particles, and is extracted through a side filter wall with dry two-stage filtration of class EU3. The ratio of supply to exhaust airflow creates positive pressure inside the booth, which prevents outside dust from settling on the freshly coated surface.
Does the KFC container booth require a foundation?
No — the KFC container paint booth does not require a foundation or construction work. All that’s needed is a level, solid pad for the container and a connection to a 380 V power supply and a diesel fuel line. This makes it possible to install the booth on any production site and relocate it if needed.
