Dust Collector FVU TWEKO – Industrial Filtration and Ventilation System
Dust collector FVU TWEKO is a modern filtration and ventilation unit equipped with a pulse-jet filter cleaning system, designed for industrial aspiration systems. The device effectively removes dust, contaminants, and fine solid particles generated during technological processes in shot blasting chambers, spray booths, and other industrial facilities.
The FVU system has been designed for efficient air filtration in demanding industrial environments. Thanks to the use of modern filter cartridges compliant with the EN-779 standard, this dust collector ensures a high level of air purification and stable operation of the ventilation system.
Industrial Dust Collector for Aspiration Systems
The TWEKO filtration and ventilation unit is responsible for effective air purification in the working zone of shot blasting and spray booths. Contaminated air passes through cylindrical filter cartridges that retain dust and aerosol particles.
The construction of the device is made of durable structural steel. Inside the housing, there is a high-performance fan providing an airflow range from 9,000 to 30,000 m³/h.
Operating Principle of the FVU Unit
- contaminated air enters the filtration chamber,
- larger dust particles fall directly into the collection hopper,
- air is distributed evenly among the filter elements,
- dust settles on the outer surface of the filters,
- purified air is discharged outside the installation.
Filter Regeneration with Compressed Air Pulses
The filter regeneration system operates automatically using compressed air pulses. Air is supplied through electromagnetic valves to pneumatic pipes located above the filter cartridges.
A pulse of compressed air is directed inside the filter through special nozzles, which results in effective removal of accumulated dust from the cartridge surfaces. The contaminants then fall into the hopper and are removed by the discharge system.
